Delivery of medicines can be done for users in remote mountainous areas. The medication and diagnostic kits can be delivered to the patient’s home or received at a nearby pharmacy so that individuals do not have to visit the medical facility in person to receive the medication and diagnostic kits. Digital Literacy Training are for the case of the medical vulnerable. It is difficult for them to use non-face-to-face counseling due to lack of affinity and experience in using digital devices, so we should increase our understanding of the basics of using digital devices through direct visits and education.
