PHR (Personal Health Record), “Personal Health Record” is one of the solutions to the aforementioned problems. A deeper discussion of PHR will be covered in the “Resolution Tasks” section of this book because PHR cannot itself be a solution to the problem. PHR itself is also not a completely flawless system, and there are many things to be supplemented and many homework to be solved. It is only possible to function properly when PHR is used in the context of the larger problems with access to medical records mentioned earlier, clearly aware of its limitations and flaws.

Unlike traditional medical records that can only be entered and accessed by doctors and medical institutions,
The Personal Health Record (PHR) is not only available to a number of organizations related to a patient’s health, but also to whom
The patient will be able to enter and access them first. The patient himself
It is ideal to enter your health information periodically and consistently
All. The reason is that personal health is not inside the hospital’s office, but outside of daily life
It’s because it has to be managed in a fast way to keep it. As much as doctors and hospitals that provide medical care, patients themselves manage all their health information and work with medical staff, there is a greater chance of effective treatment

PHR cannot replace the legal medical records of hospitals and official healthcare providers
But more comprehensive information about patients’ health than traditional medical records
The advantage is that it can handle and is always accessible to the patients themselves who are the subjects of the information.
